The French Style Butter Keeper is your ultimate breakfast friend. Enjoy spreadable butter on your benchtop all year round. 

Press down soften butter into the lid of the Butter Keeper making sure there are no air pockets and pour a cm or two of water into the base. Place the lid of butter into the base and the water will naturally come up the sides of the dish to form a protective seal. It is now airtight and insulated, making it safe to keep on your benchtop. 

Make sure to change the water every few days and keep out of direct sunlight. Also, keep an eye on your Butter Keeper during our Aussie heatwaves. You can simply put the butter keeper in your fridge during a string of hot days when the internal temperature of your home heats up and take it out again once the heat passes.
