Asahi Iron Ball
Hello I am a Nambu cast iron ball used to fortify your meals with a dose of healthy natural iron.
Simply add me into boiling water or any liquid-based meals (such as soups & stews etc) for 10 minutes and carefully sieve me out.
I can also be added into a vase with your freshly cut flowers to help keep them fresher for longer.
How to care for me:
Wash properly after use, dry thoroughly before storing or rust spots may occur. Rubbing a bit of olive oil on it prior to storing will also help prevent it from rusting. But not to worry if it does, you can easily remove the rust by scrubbing it thoroughly and then it will be safe to use again.
